Shipping costs are fixed and amount to €7.95. However, if your order is equal to or greater than €150; shipping costs are totally free.

Can I cancel an order placed?
Once an order has been completed and sent, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you had problems during the purchase, write to us at sales@vinivinivici.com and explain what happened. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.
I received a damaged bottle: how can I return it and be refunded?
Our courier is very careful to delicately handle the packages sent by Vinivinivici to its members and we use a special system to avoid damages. If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at sales@vinivinivici.com and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will answer you as soon as possible.
In the event of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with a description of the damage via email in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
Can I change my package delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time: just click on your name at the top right in the section dedicated to the site header.
